Saca Sabella Tuscan Blend Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is harvested from our organically home-grown Tuscan trees. The blend comprises Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo and Coratina trees, which are harvested by hand with care and intention to preserve the integrity of the fruit and prevent premature oxidization. They are then milled at the Olive Press in Sonoma, CA within hours of being picked for peak freshness. Frantoio is the dominant variety with the others mixed in for flavor and the ability to age well over time.
While each year’s harvest is unique, every bottle of Saca Sabella Extra Virgin Olive Oil has exceptional nutrient density. It consistently tests high in antioxidants and polyphenols, and is the purest embodiment of Mediterranean tradition. We love to use it as a universal oil — to cook with, drizzle on salads, and dip with fresh sourdough bread.
